My Story
I’ve been a lover of nature for as long as I can remember, a passion born from a lifetime spent in Wisconsin. Growing up nearby in Jefferson, one of my favorite jobs was working for my hometown’s parks department. It was there I learned professional landscaping skills, but more importantly, I felt an immense pride in having the privilege to make my hometown more beautiful. That feeling has stuck with me ever since.
My path eventually led me into the tech world, but I never lost that connection to the land. I was always drawn to the way things grow, the science of soil, and the satisfaction of a well-tended garden. This business is the culmination of that lifelong passion, combining hands-on experience with a deep respect for the natural world. It’s about applying smarter, sustainable methods—like the science behind vermicomposting—to create landscapes that don’t just look good, but are truly healthy from the ground up.
My vision is for every client to have an outdoor space that is not only beautiful but truly alive and healthy. Whether you have a traditional lawn or want to explore incorporating native plants, my goal isn’t to force a change, but to encourage a more sustainable approach to caring for what you have. Together, we can create a healthier patch of earth for you, your family, and the local ecosystem we all share.
